Stillhaus
A quiet identity for coffee that doesn't shout.
Stillhaus roasts in small batches and sells mostly to people who already know them. The identity had to carry that confidence: a restrained wordmark, a warm neutral palette, and packaging where the only loud element is the roast date.
We built a print-first system — bags, cards, stamps, shop signage — where each piece is deliberately under-designed so the product does the talking. Nothing is decorative that could be functional.
Outcomes
- 01Twelve SKUs unified under one packaging system
- 02Retail shelf recognition tripled in blind testing
- 03Print costs reduced by simplifying to two inks
